SIU and Fraud Programs

Packard Claims Administration's Adjusters are skilled claims investigators. Through regular ongoing training we are able to recognize those claims with red flags and/or other suspicious activity. We have a highly successful SIU Management Program in place. To date, our SIU program has resulted in over 150 accepted submissions to the State of Florida Division of Insurance Fraud. These submissions have resulted in over a quarter million dollars in Court Ordered Restitution as well as several arrests made by Law Enforcement Officials.
